for you to get arrested, then you were definitely guilty, so i don't know why you want to plead "not guilty."

Do you think a DUII Diversion five years ago with no subsequent incidents makes getting a job impossible?
Would you put the Diversion on the application? There was no conviction of DUII, but the Diversion is never expunged from the record. Is this an immediate turn-off for an employer?
