I have court for my DUI in the morning?
I have court for my DUI in the morning?
I just had a few questions about it. Heres some background info.
A. I'm 19
B. I blew a .11
C. I did NOT go to jail and I was NOT arrested the night I got pulled over.
D. I live in the state of Oregon
E. This is my FIRST offence of ANY kind.
Here are my questions:
1. How long does the court hearing usually last? They said to arrive around 8 am, but I work at 2 pm. Will I make it to work in time?
2. Will I go to jail tomorrow? Or will they send me home? Will I go to jail at all?
3. I do not have a lawyer, I have not spoken to anyone legally about this. All I know is that i'm showing up in 7 hours.
4. What all is going to happen? What will I need to do?
5. I know the laws have changed as of 1/1/10, I got pulled over 1/2/10. Is there any NEW information I need to know before going into court?
