Are Alcohol Breath Tests Actually Always Accurate?
A breath test is designed to be able to give an evaluation if an individual is under the influence of alcohol, especially when driving. This test is executed to be able to determine the alcohol level per 210 ml of breath. If the result would show above .08, then the authorities would immediately decide that you are too drunk and it is not safe for driving. However, through the years that this device has been used there has been one common problem and drawback which is the capacity of machines to give accurate measurements.
