Recruiter says I can't get a security clearance, is this true?
The recruiter told me that I'd be unable to obtain a security clearance becuase of my DUII.
I got a DUII in 2005, it gets off my driving record on Dec, 2009.
He said because of this I can't get a security clearance at all!!! I wanted to do intelligence 2 : (

I have court for my DUI in the morning?
I have court for my DUI in the morning?
I just had a few questions about it. Heres some background info.
A. I'm 19
B. I blew a .11
C. I did NOT go to jail and I was NOT arrested the night I got pulled over.
D. I live in the state of Oregon
E. This is my FIRST offence of ANY kind.
Here are my questions:
1. How long does the court hearing usually last?

for you to get arrested, then you were definitely guilty, so i don't know why you want to plead "not guilty."
